First Place: First place will have their flash fiction posted on Story Anchor and will receive a twenty dollar gift card to Barnes and Noble!

Second Place: Second place will have their flash fiction posted on Story Anchor and will receive a ten dollar gift card to Barnes and Noble!

Third Place: Third place will have their flash fiction posted on Story Anchor!

Please keep your story's word count under 1,500 and please avoid crude or profane language, sexual content and excessive gore.

Due date: August 24, 2024

In order to join the contest, you must be on my email list, which you may join on this landing page.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST IF YOU'RE NOT ON THE EMAIL LIST YET

  2. Confirm your subscription. (Keep the confirmation email; it will be used again later.)
  3. Write your flash fiction story. (Less than 1,500 words total; any theme or genre, but keep to the content limitation.)
  4. Reply to the confirmation email with your flash fiction attached.
