 Stellar Books You Should Read!

  

The Millie Maven Trilogy by Ted Dekker and Rachelle Dekker: These three books follow the story of Millie as she is teleported into a world far away from the abuse she lives in at home. She is enrolled in a school; on a journey to discover the power that the Great Teacher has put inside her. 

Content Warnings: Abuses, dark magic, voilence

These books struck me as a kind of Christian Harry Potter. 

The Remnant Trilogy by Tim Chaffey and K. Marie Adams: These books are a historical fiction, following Noah from the Bible through the pollutated and wicked world of his time. Noah becomes the apprentice of shipbuilder and trains under him for some time as the world descends into Nachash worship.

Content Warnings: Abuse, dark magic, sorcery, voilence, human sacrifice, polygamy, paganism, romance, sexual content

These books are NOT for a younger audience! Well Noah follows after God through it all, the things he faces are horrific. 

 The 13 Series By Trisha White Priebe and Jerry B. Jenkins: This trilogy follows the story of Avery as she is kidnapped and trapped inside the palace. In a group of other kidnapped children she discovers what her kidnappers want...the king's heir. 

Content Warnings: Kidnapping, violence, romance, one character is clothed only is a cape, however, this a brief scene and no detail is given. 

This series is definitely the a good one for younger readers. It was a very sweet story and truly depicted friendship and family in a beautiful way. 

Tales From the Perilous Realm By J.R.R. Tolkien: This novel is a collection of many of Tolkien's poems and shorter stories. All the tales were intriguing and the characters well accomplished. 

Content Warnings: Very minor violence, romance, magic, wizards

Definitely a good one if you adore Tolkien! All the stories were fairly light-hearted, so a good one to read with the whole family.
